Each athlete completes a Rapsodo bullpen session and submits five pitches for advanced analysis through Uplift Labs. This assessment provides a detailed biomechanical breakdown of the delivery, identifies movement inefficiencies, and highlights the athlete’s highest-priority development opportunities to maximize performance and reduce unnecessary stress throughout the kinetic chain.
